A record 8.8m votes were cast to decide the XI, with users deciding on their preferred formation from a shortlist of 50 players chosen by the UEFA.com editorial team.

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard was selected ahead of him on the left wing, while there was further representation for the Premier League as Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne features on the right.
