Fortnite developer Epic Games has just announced on Twitter a massive new update coming to the games' Battle Royale mode.

As lead systems engineer Eric Williams explains in a new video posted on the game's YouTube channel, seen below, the biggest attraction of the new map will be a whole new city area for players to explore. To balance this, Epic Games will add new named places across the map such as the City which is also mildly showcased in the video.

The game developer also revealed that "Fortnite" Battle Royale will get an underground mine, but there hasn't been more information regarding it.

Epic says they have separated the map into what they say are more clearly defined biomes making each area feel more unique.
