BTS Documentary Confirmed To Be YouTube Red Original Series

Through various media outlets, Big Hit Ent. has confirmed that 'BTS: Burn The Stage' - an 8-episode documentary about the growth and hard work of BTS throughout their career - will be a YouTube Red original series.

It will also share stories from their win at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards and their performance at the American Music Awards in November of a year ago. The seven-piece boyband will be having a new docuseries titled "BTS: Burn the Stage" which is set to arrive on the platform later this month.

Are you pumped for "BTS: Burn the Stage"? Eight episodes will be released starting March 28th, 2018.

It will offer fans a closer look at BTS while they embarked on their 2017 world tour "BTS Live Trilogy Episode: The Wings Tour".

The K-pop group, which has been active in YouTube since its debut in 2013, is now the most unique on YouTube, with 10 billion views of official video and fan video hits so far. The majority of BTS' views come from outside of South Korea, with 441 million originating from the U.S, 317 million from Brazil, and 230 million from Mexico. Episode 1 will be made available for free.

To commemorate the launch of the BTS original series, YouTube will be offering a special promotion that will allow free access to YouTube Red for two months' free redemption if Korean and United States users join YouTube Red via g.co/BTSoffer.

According to YouTube Red, Burn The Stage will show an "intimate, personal portrayal" of the band regarding BTS' dedication to one another, their music, and their global fan base, ARMY. The promotional period is from March 14th to April 14th.

The series hopes to unveil the hardwork that comes from being one of the most on demand acts in the world.
