Stormy Daniels brings her act to the Triangle

In an interview with 60 Minutes's Anderson Cooper, she said that afterward she was threatened by an unknown man to stay quiet.

Daniels filed a lawsuit against the president and his lawyer, Michael Cohen, in an attempt to void a $130,000 non-disclosure agreement she signed shortly before his election. The former New York City mayor-turned-presidential counsel made the claim during a conference in Israel.

The filing disputes an allegation by Avenatti that Davidson hasn't handed over all of the material he has on Daniels; Davidson said he had hired two former federal prosecutors to represent him, and that they had his complete file on the Daniels matter, and had determined that "Clifford, (through Michael Avenatti), is in possession of every single document he is entitled to".

Donald Trump said Friday he has no problem with comments by his lawyer Rudy Giuliani attacking the credibility of Stormy Daniels, who claims to have had a sexual encounter with Trump and is suing him for defamation.

The former GOP mayor of NY also attacked Daniels, an adult film actress who alleges she had an affair with Trump more than a decade ago, personally and denied that sex workers had credibility. I don't even think there's a slight suspicion that it's true. "We are already an extremely marginalized group made up mostly of women, people of color, trans and the disabled, people who are trying to make a living like everyone else". Violence against women in sex work, whether it be the porn industry or prostitution, is pervasive partially due to dehumanizing comments like these.

"It's the slurs against Stormy Daniels that somehow suggest that because Donald Trump has good-looking wives that means that he wouldn't be a serial abuser of women", Warren said in an interview on MSNBC.

Rudolph W. Giuliani, a personal attorney for President Trump, outside the White House last month.

Trump appeared in benign roles in at least three soft-core porn films in the 1990s and early 2000s.

But Stephanie Grisham, Melania Trump's spokeswoman, said Thursday: "I don't believe Mrs. Trump has ever discussed her thoughts on anything with Mr. Giuliani".

"She stated her desire to "increase her public exposure and thus her earning capacity", Davidson said".

But the apology, Avenatti said, is not for Giuliani.

In a statement, Avenatti said Davidson is "a proven liar and his conduct is abhorrent".

Giuliani defended his comments denigrating Clifford's credibility on CNN on Thursday.

Daniels' legal professional Michael Avenatti replied by calling Giuliani a "misogynist" on Twitter.
